Shipping and Refund Policy
At earthvale.in, we take pride in delivering high-quality, hand-stitched kids’ linen frocks and dresses. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
 - You have a change of mind (conditions apply).
 
Important International Orders Notice: While we ship to other countries, all sales for international orders are final. Due to operational and logistical constraints, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for orders shipped to addresses outside of India.
Conditions for Returns (India Orders Only):
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
 - The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
 - All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
 - Products sold as combos or sets must be returned together.
 
2. Return Process (India Orders Only)
Step 1: Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at hello@earthvale.in with your order number and reason for return.
 - Attach clear photographs of the product showing any issues.
 
Step 2: Return Shipping
- For returns due to our error, we will arrange a free return pick-up.
 - For returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
 - Use a trackable courier service if we cannot pick up and share the tracking details.
 
Step 3: Inspection and Refund
- Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after successful verification of the product condition.
 
3. Refund Policy (India Orders Only)
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the return.
 
Refund Deductions:
- For change of mind returns, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
 - For returns due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the cost of two-way shipping will be deducted.
 
4. Replacements and Exchanges (India Orders Only)
- For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock).
 - Exchanges are not supported for size or color issues. Please refer to the size chart carefully before ordering.
 
5. When Returns Will Not Be Accepted
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The order is shipped to an address outside India.
 - Time elapsed beyond 3 days from delivery.
 - The product has been used, washed, or altered.
 - Damage is due to misuse or improper washing.
 - There are minor natural variations in the linen fabric.
 - Products are returned without original packaging and tags.
 
6. Shipping Charges for Returns (India Orders Only)
- Our fault = We pay for return shipping.
 - Change of mind = Customer pays for return shipping.
 
7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if the product has not been shipped.
 - Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns, and shipping charges will be deducted.
 
8. How to Track Your Return or Refund

9. Important Notes
- International Orders: All sales for orders outside India are final. Returns and refunds are not available.
 - Natural Fabric Variations: Slight variations in linen are normal and do not qualify as defects.
 - Custom Orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
